What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Northern Ireland. We are happy to travel further, however depending on your distance there may be a surcharge for travel.
How much do you charge for delivery, install, collection & return?
All charges are included in the hire of the items. We offer free delivery and collection within 30 miles of our office. Additional mileage is charged seperately at 0.70p per mile.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We take a 25% 'Save the Date' deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 16 weeks prior to your event date.
Is there a minimum rental order required?
As of 2024 our minimum spend is £450.00.
If the minimum spend is not achieved it is at our discretion should we wish to waive this.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should you wish to cancel your contract with Pink Elephant, in all cases the reservation deposit fee is non-refundable.
